Pelham Pines Luxury Chateau

Imagine yourself at this Exclusive Pelham Pines Chateau.  You will be greeted by the grand stone and iron gate private entrance. Surrounded by forest, this luxury traditional French- Italian styled Chateau is majestically situated on 7 private acres at the top of the Niagara Escarpment. This home brings two stories of nearly 7000sq ft and has 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms, (2 king beds, 3 queen beds, 1 double, 2 single rollaway bed, 2 infant and todler playpens) There is giant chefs eat in kitchen, bar, theatre room with massage chairs, music room with grand piano, games room hosting a pool table, foosball table, darts, tv, and other games makes this the perfect home for gatherings of family and friends.  There is plenty of backyard space to run and play. There is giant kids play lot structure, hot tub, table tennis, basket ball net, giant chess set, real fire pit for camp fires and an additional propane fire table for ease of relaxing under the pergola.  On the large entertainment deck, there is a 12 seater table and lounge areas,and BBQ, also a huge 20x40 heated pool, and a large patio stone terrace for activities.

Just 15 minutes to the world-class incredible Niagara Falls, with tons of entertainment dining and Casinos.  You will find quaint towns nearby Ridgeville and Font Hill, shops, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies are just a short walk away. There are many golf courses, vineyards, and orchards with fresh farm market stands to visit. 

You will be lost in luxury and feel right at home here.

Owner's Policy:

**All guests must abide by the Covid-19 rules and regulations for this region** During Covid Lockdown and restrictions refunds can be given.

**CANCELLATION POLICY- If Guest wishes to cancell his/her reservation, the amount will be refunded as follows.....
50% refund if cancelled 90+ days prior to your arrival. 
100% refund if cancelled 180= days to your arrival.
Please be advised that if cancelled within 90 days from your check-in date, there will be no refunds.

Absolutely no fireworks permitted on property at any given time and a fine of $1000 will apply.

1. Please remove your outdoor shoes upon entering the Chateau.
2. For your safety, please always make sure the front & back door is locked and secure upon entering or leaving.
3. Please do not relocate any appliance and fixture (TV, speaker, lamps...) without consulting the host or on-site staff member.
4. Please position the chairs and bar stools back to the original placement once you have been finished using them.
5. Please clean up the kitchen after use. (Dishes, knives, cookware, microwave, stoves, oven and sinks.) *Please make sure the oven is fat, oil and grease-free after the use (additional cleaning charge will apply otherwise)
6. Please separate your trash during your stay accordingly. Garbage goes into the black bags and place the bags inside the large green bin outside beside the garage, recycling goes into the blue bags (you will find some in the cupboard to the right of the sink)place blue bags into the Blue recycling bin beside the garage outside.
7. Please do not throw the bath towels on the floor after the use, we have floor mats in the bathrooms
8. Under no circumstance should you reposition the First-aid kit and fire extinguisher in the Chateau.
9. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase travellers insurance.
10. There are no pets permitted.
11. There is absolutely no smoking of any substance permitted inside the Chateau
12. No unregistered guests permitted on site

Amazing Time!
We had an absolute amazing time at the Pelhm Pines Chateau!  I never stayed in a place this nice....   Before staying here,  when someone mentioned wings to me, I just thought of chicken wings but no this house has wings. It’s HUGE!  The rooms where extremely spacious, the beds were by far the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Tasha was an incredible host, she welcomed us in person and gave us a thorough walk through. We can’t wait to book with her again! Thank you again Tasha, for everything!

Absolutely love this location. Was there with a group of 11 of us. There was plenty of room for all of us to sleep comfortably and have our own bathrooms.

The place is huge, multiple wings, a full games room, a relaxing hot tub and a gorgeously Christmas decorated great room.

I seriously can’t say enough about this place and the staff. Tasha was amazing with every question we had, suggestions on what we should see and do, where to eat. Was a lovely time reconnecting with friends in a beautifully laid out place with much to do.

My husband and I have absolutely loved our stays at the Pelham Pines Chateau. Not only is the home inside stunning, but there are so many fun things for us to do together on the property, we feel like we're staying at a resort! Between the pool and hot tub, the games room with ping pong, darts, and foosball, to the massage chairs in the movie room, and playlot outside for the kids, you feel like you're in your own resort oasis. Not only that but we love touring the many wineries and cute shops in the area! We would highly recommend this stay for another family!

OUR HOSTESS TASHA WAS WONDERFUL
WE HAD A WONDERFUL LADIES WEEKEND AWAY AT THIS INCREDIBLE 7000 SQ FOOT HOME, 5 BEDROOM, MULTIPLE FULL BATHROOMS, HOT TUB, MASSAGE CHAIRS, GAMES ROOM....AND SO MUCH MORE! THE DECOR OF THE ENTIRE HOUSE ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, IT WAS IMPECCABLY CLEAN, AND POSSESSED SUCH A WARM AND COMFORTING ENVIRONMENT FOR THE 9 OF US TO RELAX FROM OUR BUSY LIVES FOR A FEW DAYS. THE GROUNDS WERE VERY WELL KEPT AND WAS OBVIOUS THERE WAS CARE AND THOUGHT PUT INTO THE LOVELY LANDSCAPING. WE LOVED THE HOT TUB IN THE EVENING, AND THE MASSAGE CHAIRS WERE A HIT! OUR HOSTESS TASHA WAS WONDERFUL. SHE PROMPTLY RESPONDED TO TEXTS/EMAILS, ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS, AND GREETED US AT THE DOOR WITH GENUINE FRIENDLINESS AND WARMTH WHEN WE ARRIVED.  THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH A GREAT WEEKEND! THIS WAS A SOLID 5 STAR EXPERIENCE.

The space was amazing!
Such an elegant property. Nestled into nature, it felt expansive and very private. Relaxing by and playing in the pool was a highlight in the summer, as was the home theatre when the temperatures dipped. The entrance from the grand foyer into the great room was very inviting, especially with the fire going. The space was amazing for entertaining, with the boys enjoying the games and media rooms. The bedrooms were spacious with cozy beds and lots of storage for clothing and the kitchen had everything +++ that we needed. Everything was spotless. A great place for a large family gathering with lots of space for people to go off on their own, or congregate together. Loved having Niagara wine country just down the street. We give this stay 5 stars.

I stayed at Pelham Pines in September 2021. The place was outstanding from the entrance gates right through to the pool. The fenced pool area gave the feeling of being at a holiday resort with the added beauty of the house and tall trees around. Just walking around the property was so peaceful and stunning.
The bedrooms had the ambiance of a majestic restful castle but with all modern amenities. Plentiful space for me and my friends including a beautiful large movie theatre and plenty of intimate gathering spaces. From sitting on the patio to enjoying the breakfast bar, all in all it was an amazing experience. The level of cleanliness, order, and comfort truly felt like real attention had been paid to detail. A perfect balance of cozy yet expansive. 
The area itself was outstanding. Although the setting is private and secluded, within minutes there is a beautiful town, lovely walking areas, phenomenal views, and vineyards. 
I will be returning for sure!

The place is great as described
The place is great as described and your first impression is likely to be as great as ours.

From the moment you arrive at the grand gate, pass through the pine forest to the entrance to the front steps, you have the impression of space and opulence. This is confirmed, as you round the last corner and catch your first view of the front of the chateau, proceed up the stair entrance, open the doors and are greeted inside by the double-curved staircases leading to the second-floor balconies overlooking the foyer, great room, the back yard, deck and pool.

We found the house to be spacious with wide halls and large bedrooms, a large, well-equipped kitchen for a special event or large family stay.

The basement games room area is most inviting in your downtime or as the main event. The outdoor landscaping, pool, firepit, chess set, oversized play structure and mature woods are always beckoning for a walk around and offer something for a wide variety of guest tastes.

Hawks circling overhead, a stroll through by Ginger, the local friendly feral cat, and fall maple leaves turning colour remind you that in spite of all the amenities available to you here and the nearby urban areas, you are in nature on this property.

We spent a week here in October, 2021 where a large thanksgiving family gathering was hosted outdoors on the deck, due to COVID requirements. Because of the warm weather, the heated pool and hot tub were well utilized as were the outdoor table tennis set, chess set and other lawn areas.

We would highly recommend this venue for a large family gathering or special event to take place inside or out. Your guests or family will not be disappointed.

The hostess is remarkable very pleasant
I stayed at Pelham Pines Chateau in Niagara with my wife and our 2 little girls along with our good friends and there little one we had an unbelievable time. We were there from September 1 to September 6th, 2021. During that time we got to enjoy the beautiful heated salt water pool along with the hot tub, fire pit, pool table and games the property was absolutely amazing. Very private with lots of room to roam around and enjoy the outdoors. Every room was amazing super cosy and roomy 
house was very clean and spacious, you will be in your own little paradise. The location is also amazing super close to everything. The hostess is remarkable very pleasant, helpful and friendly. I highly recommend anyone who's looking for a getaway to check out Pelham Pines Chateau, you will not be disappointed. We are so looking forward to coming back!

Pelham Pines December Stay 2021
Pelham Pines Chateau in Niagara was is ideal for us looking for a central base for exploring wine country as well as all of the Niagara region. The location is perfect central to all of the iconic areas we wanted to visit.

The home itself was absolutely stunning with room for the entire family, we were 6 adults plus kids.

Bedrooms had space for everyone, and the beds were heavenly (seriously Heavenly!).  We didn’t want to leave because of all there was to do right on the property.  An amazing backyard space, with a camp fire pit, with a pool (Closed for winter)and hot tub for starters.  The kids kept busy with the pool table, and ping pong.  Tasha was an amazing host and very responsive to any questions we had.  It was truly a wonderful holiday both at the Chateau, as well as exploring around the wine country.

I’ll add that checking in was hassle-free, and Tasha was very helpful with directions and information about the city. A fabulous place to stay in the Niagara region. Great value, will definitely be back!
