Crystal Beach Luxury Beach House

Crystal Beach on Lake Erie is your Caribbean escape in the north! The Crystal Beach Tennis and Yacht Club (CBTYC) is where this absolutely lovely vacation home is located. The spot gets praise for "flawless white sand" and "a touch of luxury."  It has crystal-blue waters that will wisk you away to a Caribbean mindset, all the while staying in Canada...... Crystal Beach also features all kinds of culture comforts like boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, art galleries, bars, and yoga on the beach.  This site was once the location of the historic Crystal Beach Amusement Park that operated for 100yrs before the CBTYC community was built on the site. 
Crystal beach, a quaint family-friendly beach is the most prestigious beach in Southern Ontario, with white fluffy sand and crystal clear waters rated #39 in all of North America! It gets 7 out of 10 for "sheer untouched beauty" and 8 out of 10 for water and sand quality. The North American list is heavy with exotic locales like Hawaii and Mexico, curated from input from journalists, bloggers and travel agancies.
The CBTYC community has a pool, private beach, tennis and pickle ball courts, and playground. This vacation home has an amazing position for breathtaking views down the beach and across the bay from many different angles. This home gets the sunrise in the morning and sunset in the evenings. There is 3 different decks, the large sun deck at the back has an outdoor BBQ and big cumfy loungers and a propane fire table to gather around in the evenings.
The home was beautifully renovated top to bottom in 2020.  It has a full gourmet kitchen with imported granite waterfall countertop and breakfast bar, and stocked with all the convienient small kitchen appliances you may need. It has comfy leather furniture to lounge around in the living area. There are some water floats, yoga mats, and beach chairs for your use.

We appreciate that guests like to enjoy their stay with as minimal interruptions as possible. That's why the only time we interact is before check-in, at check-out, or whenever it is you need anything. We're here for you, at your pace. So enjoy your time and feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to ensure we do the most to make your stay truly 5 star worthy.

Owner's Policy:

**All guests must abide by the Covid-19 rules and regulations for this region** During Covid Lockdown and restrictions refunds can be given.

**CANCELLATION POLICY- If the Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the amount will be refunded as follows.....
50% refund if cancelled 90+ days prior to your arrival. 
100% refund if cancelled 180= days to your arrival.
Please be advised that if cancelled within 90 days from your check-in date, there will be no refunds

Absolutely no fireworks permitted on property at any given time and a fine of $1000 will apply.

1. Please remove your outdoor shoes upon entering the beach house.
2. For your safety, please always make sure the front & back door is locked and secure upon entering or leaving.
3. Please do not relocate any appliance and fixture (TV, speaker, lamps...) without consulting the host or on-site staff member.
4. Please position the chairs and bar stools back to the original placement once they have been finished using.
5. Please clean up the kitchen after use. (Dishes, knives, cookware, microwave, stoves, oven, and sinks.) *Please make sure the oven is fat, oil and grease-free after use (additional cleaning charge will apply otherwise)
6. Please separate and take out your trash during and at the end of your stay accordingly. Garbage goes into the black bag and garbage bins at the garbage waste site, recycling goes into the blue bins in the garbage disposal site at Crystal Beach Tennis and Yacht Club.
7. Please do not throw the bath towels on the floor after the use, we have floor mats in the bathroom.
8. Under no circumstance should you reposition the First-aid kit and fire extinguisher in the beach house.
9. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase travellers insurance.
10. No pets allowed
11. Absolutely no smoking of any substance permitted inside the beach house. 
12. No unregistered guests permitted

The beach house is so cute and cozy
My husband and I look forward to our vacation time at the Crystal Beach House every Summer! The beach house is so cute and cozy, and it's just steps away from the beach which is so convenient! The water here is crystal clear, and we find that everyone in the community is so welcoming and friendly. We also love that we can always find a spot on the beach since it's private! One of our other favorite things to do is ride our bikes along the waterfront and into town for an ice cream! We can't wait to come back for our next family Summer vacation!

We highly recommend to anyone wanting a beach stay.
What a sweet little town! We had fun roaming on foot and on bikes and trying out food stops as we went. The community this beach house is nestled in reminds us of a pretty New England town, with everything so well manicured. The decor was clean, fresh and stylish, with lots of little touches we kept noticing. Lots of seating and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was beautifully equipped with all the extras, even a cappuccino maker. So great to be steps from the sandy beach and able to wade far into the clear water to cool off. We enjoyed sunset views over the water from the front porch and the kitchen window and on the cooler nights, sitting by the fire table on the back deck. Pickleball and Tennis were fun too. We headed into Niagara Falls, as it was only 15 minutes away. So convenient and we look forward to staying again soon. We highly recommend to anyone wanting a beach stay, with Niagara city sights close by.

Pleasantly surprised by the pristine homes, I am definitely coming back!
In the summer of 2020, I visited Tasha’s Crystal Beach Cottage for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the pristine homes, manicured lawns and peaceful surroundings. It almost felt like I had entered a past era or a movie set.
The area had a great feeling of openness yet high security and neighbors looking out for each other. 
The house itself is perfectly located with water views from various angles. Being only a step away from the water, allowing for lovely fresh air and a beautiful cottage feel. Although the house is a “cottage” it has every amenity and is fully outfitted to meet every need. I stayed in the self-sufficient lower suite which provided privacy and comfort! 
The beach had the clearest water I have seen in Ontario so I guess that’s why it’s called Crystal beach! The sand is white and soft. There is a private area on the beach for the homeowners which is an outstanding feature.
From the beach, it is a small walk to beautiful boutique-type stores and various pubs and eateries. Enjoying mimosas after a stroll on the beach, then reading a book before going for a Mexican meal in the evening was totally rejuvenating. It felt like I had been to the Caribbean for the weekend.
All in all I would highly recommend Crystal beach. I can not overstate the attention to detail, the level of cleanliness, and the thought that has been put into this place!

Absolutely love the tastefully decorated beach house.
We stayed in Tasha's Beach house at Crystal Beach for two weeks in September 2021 and absolutely love the tastefully decorated beach house, immaculately maintained gardens and community grounds, the setting, the beach and water view, sunsets, the shallow clean water, walks on the beach, stand up paddleboarding on my board, pickleball and tennis. Regarding pickleball, there is a group of residents and guests that meet daily to play pickleball after the evening meal and they were most welcoming and patient with newcomers and even those learning to play. Bring your equipment and guest fob to gain entrance to the courts.

We also liked that we were about 15 minutes from Niagara Falls for a different outing on a cooler day.

Crystal Beach House summer 2020
This was hands down my favorite stay ever at any place we have rented.  A stone's throw from a beautiful white sandy beach..., where can you experience a crystal white beach in Ontario?  At Tasha's Crystal Beach house!  Tasha was an amazing host and was responsive, however, everything was laid out so well, we didn’t really have many questions.  The accommodations themselves were very comfortable, spotless and tastefully decorated.  We are a family of 4 and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy a wonderful week at the beach.  We will definitely be back and have already booked for next summer. Can’t wait!
